PCB Design & Layout
PCB layout, component placement, and routing strategy reviewDefine PCB stack-upEnsure design compliance for SI/PI/EMI/thermal reliabilityDFx & NPI Support
Lead PCB DFx review (DFM / DFA / DFT)Support NPI build, debugging, and issue analysisWork with ODM/EMS for design readiness (Design / MFG / Supply review)Drive yield improvement and failure analysis during pilot/MPManufacturing & Supplier magement
Coordinate with PCB/PCBA vendors for PCB issuesHandle engineering queries (EQ), stack-up, impedance confirmationSupport SMT process optimization and tooling validation from PCB component point of viewParticipate in supplier audit and technical reviewCross-functional Collaboration
