Job Description
PC Technician needed for our information technology services provider in Baltimore City. The PC Technician will help with wireless access point installations at a college. Three to four week contract position. The non-negotiable pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
Essential Duties:
- Securely mount wireless access points to ceilings, walls, or poles using basic hand and power tools.
- Input initial settings, configure Wi-Fi names (SSIDs), and apply security passwords using deployment software.
- Use network testing tools to verify signal strength, optimize coverage, and fix dead zones.
- Run, diagnose, secure, and organize cabling as needed
