EPR (A Subsidiary of TSG Group) is Hiring an IT Technician & User Support Specialist!
What will you job look like:
- First-level support for computer systems .
- Initial response to user requests, including troubleshooting computer issues, login permissions, etc.
- Hardware support and troubleshooting.
- Supporting laptops, desktops, printers, networks, and peripheral equipment .
- Escalating issues to higher support levels while monitoring and tracking progress.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven experience .
- Knowledge and experience with PC & laptop hardware .
- Experience in software installation .
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory .
- Basic knowledge of DNS & DHCP .
- Experience working with Office/Outlook .
