Job Description
Our client is hiring a PC Technician to support several sites throughout Southern Maryland area. This role will require traveling between sites per day.
Required Qualifications
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and technical teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively while applying strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience imaging, deploying, and configuring desktop and laptop systems.
+ Solid hardware break/fix experience, including component replacement and diagnostics.
+ Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and support.
+ Basic networking troubleshooting skills, including wireless connectivity, network adapters, and VPN clients.
