We have two exciting opportunities to join our Performance Partnering team as a P&C Performance Advisor, with one position based in Hobart, TAS and one position based at Sydney Olympic Park, NSW.
As a P&C Performance Advisor, you’ll provide responsive, practical and commercially focused People & Culture support to Leaders and team members across an allocated portfolio. Working closely with our Senior P&C Performance Partners, you’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day people matters, employee relations case management and building Leader capability.
