About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Payroll Tax Assistant
to join our growing Payroll Tax team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and assist with payroll tax operations, including daily processing and quarter-end activities.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Payroll Tax Department.
Assist with daily tax processing and quarter-end tax activities.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Prioritize and resolve assigned cases through the Pulse case management system.
Support payroll tax-related projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
