Global Payroll Operations & Strategy

• Lead the standardization and optimization of global payroll processes, policies, and controls.
• Oversee the implementation and governance of payroll solutions in partnership with regional teams and vendors.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation within payroll operations.

Systems & Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with global and regional payroll vendors to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
