You will expertly handle the payroll lifecycle, ensuring precise data management for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while validating timesheets. Your role requires advanced proficiency in ADP systems and strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws, ensuring all payroll processes are seamless and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full payroll processing weekly for all Canadian employees
• Input employee changes and manage time banks and absences
• Produce payroll reports for accounting allocations and tax remittances
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll reconciliations and audits
• Respond professionally to employee payroll inquiries
