Job Description
You will take ownership of Belgian payroll while supporting broader HR operations and contributing to international payroll coordination in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Manage end-to-end Belgian payroll (white- and blue-collar employees)
- Oversee employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
- Act as key contact for external payroll providers
- Administer and optimize employee benefits
- Support international payroll coordination with local partners
- Handle payroll and HR-related queries from employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with Belgian labor law and tax regulations
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics (headcount, absenteeism, KPIs)
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
- Proven experience in Belgian payroll (A-Z)
