Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end monthly payroll processing
✅ Attendance, leave, and payroll input validation
✅ Payroll reconciliation for onboarding, exits, and employee movements
✅ Processing variable pay, bonuses, and full & final settlements
✅ Managing employee payroll queries and taxation concerns
✅ Statutory compliance, TDS, and payroll reporting
✅ Coordination with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors
✅ Payroll analytics, MIS reporting, and audit support
✅ Driving payroll automation and process improvements
