I'm working with a global organisation to recruit an experienced HR / Payroll Specialist to join their international payroll team.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end payroll for Brazil, with exposure to US payroll operations.
• Working closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and compliantly.
• Supporting employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, benefits and payroll administration.
• Investigating payroll queries, reconciliations and payroll variances.
• Driving process improvements and supporting payroll projects within a global team.
• Ensuring compliance with Brazilian payroll legislation and internal controls.
