Job Description
+ Administer payroll processes and maintain payroll operational standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and customer service excellence.
+ Review and enter employee payroll changes, including exemptions, benefits, deductions, paid time off (PTO), employment status updates, and wage adjustments.
+ Prepare and process payroll by verifying field service time records; calculating and producing payroll checks or electronic transfers; calculating and processing incentive bonuses.
+ Audit payroll records to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll documentation.
+ Coordinate payroll-related employee changes with Human Resources, including new hires, terminations, and status changes.
+ Reconcile payroll accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll issues promptly.
