Job Description
- Lead and support the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), rather than payroll processing
- Design and configure complex payroll components, including: Wage types, Leave and accrual groups, Payroll rules, schemas, and structures
- Apply prior implementation experience to reduce delivery risk and improve design outcomes
- Act as a payroll SAP SME for the broader project team
- Partner closely with: Systems integrators and payroll specialists & internal payroll and process leads
