Role Overview

As a Payroll Specialist Lead, you will serve as the subject‑matter expert for your country, ensuring end‑to‑end payroll processes, statutory filings, and compliance are delivered with full data integrity and aligned to key performance indicators and service level agreements. Your role will focus on process improvement, mentorship, and supporting the payroll team and regional managers.
