Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team on a contract basis through year-end, with potential for permanent hire. What You'll Do
+ Manage end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 600+ employees
+ Process multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and commission-based employees
+ Ensure payroll tax compliance and resolve payroll tax discrepancies
+ Lead Paycom optimization and enhancement initiatives
+ Create and update SOPs, policies, and payroll documentation
+ Support benefits administration and Open Enrollment activities
+ Generate payroll reports and analytics using Excel
+ Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
