About You
Strong technical payroll background with a sharp eye for compliance and governance.
Proven track record of delivering payroll improvement or remediation projects highly desirable.
Deep, hands-on experience navigating and optimising Chris21/iChris.
An experienced Payroll Team Leader or Coordinator with excellent communication skills.
Adept at managing, organising, and streamlining manual workloads and processes.
Strong working knowledge of Chris21/iChris to support and guide a team.
