Job Description
+ **Qualification** : MBA or Postgraduate with degree in Human Resource.
+ **Top Skills & Proficiencies** :
+ Experience in handling end to end Payroll.
+ Knowledge of statutory compliances relating to Payroll like PF/ ESI/ PT/ LWF, and TDS is required.
+ Having experience of processing payroll of more than 1000 employees.
+ Good command over Microsoft Office Suite including advance excel.
+ Ability to architect strategy along with technical and analytical skills.
+ Excellent active listening, coordination, and presentation skills
+ Ability to adapt to changing payroll regulations and implement necessary updates
+ Work experience in Global setup is good to have
+ Excellent skill in Excel and MIS reporting
+ **Payroll Administration:**
+ Oversee & monitoring the Employee attendance systems, biometric data, and leave records.
+ Preparation of end-to-end payroll, processing the consolidated inputs, attendance of employees, salary calculation...
