Job Description
Join Unilock as a Payroll Specialist, where you'll ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for around 300 employees across Ontario and Quebec. Your keen attention to detail will drive quality payroll services.
As the primary payroll point of contact in Unilock's Admin Department, you will manage multi-location payroll processing and compliance with local legislation. You'll utilize your accounting knowledge and payroll expertise to maintain accurate data, reconcile general ledger accounts, and assist in month-end reporting while providing superior employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process biweekly payroll for approximately 300 employees
• Maintain payroll data in the Human Capital Management system
