Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Downloading report from the ESC tool and Assigning the tickets with in the Team Members
Resolving the employees Salary queries and Income Tax querie thru tickets, email and calls on or before agreed SLA
Complicated tickets will be handled over a telephonic conversation or through an email communication
Co-ordinate with different internal teams for resolving the query ( Payroll Team, HR, SAP Time entry team)
