Payroll & People Analytics Coordinator
The role sits at the intersection of People & Culture (P&C) operations and data, ensuring employees are paid correctly, group benefits programs run smoothly, and leadership has access to meaningful workforce analytics to support decision‑making.
Roles and Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Support end‑to‑end global payroll on a regular cycle of semi‑monthly across North Americal and monthly across the United Kingdom
- Ensure payroll accuracy, including salaries and statutory deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local tax and employment regulations
- Liaise with external payroll providers and internal finance teams
- Support audits and reporting requirements
