Payroll Operations Manager

Position Overview:

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our global HCM practice. Our client has an immediate need to temporarily backfill their MX City-based Payroll Operations Manager position while this employee takes on an internal transformation project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage current vendors and stakeholders
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
• No direct reports
• No payroll processing will be required
• Provide oversight, escalation, stakeholder management, signoff, etc

Required Qualification(s):

• Mexico payroll specialist with a deep understanding of MX payroll governance, laws, and regulations
• Experienced in managing vendors and stakeholders
