Job Description

The Opportunity:

Findex are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join our dynamic payroll team. 

This is an initial 12 month max-term contract with a preference to be based in Melbourne. 

What will your typical week look like? 

  • Processing of end-to-end payroll
  • Building strong internal relationships and responding to staff queries via email and phone
  • Ensuring all payroll requests from staff are approved with the required supporting documentation
  • Assist in running End of Month payroll reports 
  • Assist in Superannuation lodgement and Payroll Tax Reconciliation.
