• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing for designated countries or regions, with strong ownership of China payroll operations.
• Supervise, coach and develop senior and junior payroll team members, fostering high performance and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external service providers to maintain accurate employee master data, benefits and financial integration.
• Support and coordinate payroll audits, statutory filings and reporting requirements.
• Drive payroll system enhancements, automation and process improvement to increase efficiency, scalability and accuracy.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated complex payroll issues and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
