About the Role
We’re hiring a Payroll Lead, EMEA to work with local teams to standardize and stabilise payroll operations across EMEA. Covering 15+ countries, you’ll play a critical role in driving both operational stability and strategic alignment. You’ll lead payroll execution within the region to improve and maintain quality, and have a heavy involvement in standardisation initiatives in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead payroll for 700+ employees across EMEA, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
