What you’ll bring
Proven Spanish payroll implementation experience (essential)
Fluent Spanish and English
Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation
Experience with A3 payroll (preferred)
Background in client-side payroll
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Experience with SAP, Excel / Google Sheets
Analytical and solutions-focused
Exposure to reconciliations / accounting
Interest in automation, AI, and process improvement
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end payroll implementations (kick-off to go-live)
Act as the Spanish payroll SME
