Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end accounts payable functions.
- Manage bus safety, develop and implement SOPs, investigate incidents, ensure compliance and oversee traffic and safety issues.
- Provide administrative support for Engineering Department.
- Provide safe, comfortable and reliable bus journeys to passengers.
- Manage the CFMS system and all road performance issues; communicate effectively to all Bus Captains and maintain an organized workflow.
- Ensure safe movement and compliance of vehicles and pedestrians/Bus Captains within the bus depot.
- Lead end-to-end management across multiple sites under Go‑Ahead Singapore sites, covering both hard and soft facilities management service.
- Payroll processing: manage reports, resolve payroll issues, assist in audits, and implement process improvements for streamlined operations.
