- Position Title: Payroll Executive
- Working Location: Bedok Industrial Estate (Transportation provided)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + VB + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Process monthly payroll for non-executive employees and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Review and reconcile payroll records, including payroll registers, bank files, and tax computations.
- Prepare payroll reports on a weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc basis.
- Handle statutory submissions, including IR21, yearly IR8A, NS make-up pays claims, Government-Paid Leave claims, and other required filings or surveys.
