JOB SUMMARY: The Driver Settlement Coordinator is a part of the team responsible for processing pay for over 500 drivers, including Company Drivers, Lease Purchase and Owner Operators. This is a fast-paced environment which requires attentions to detail, excellent time management and customer service skills. As a member of the driver settlement team you must be committed to ensuring the drivers are paid accurately and timely. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Investigate, provide solutions, and correct payroll discrepancies Effectively and professionally communicate with various departments, including but not limited to driver dispatch, billing, to ensure accurate processing of driver pay Support to drivers through terminal contact with concern and questions regarding pay discrepancies Effectively process payroll weekly for both Company Drivers & Owner Operators while maintaining established payroll deadlines in a time critical environment ...
