About the role:  
As RACQ’s Payroll Coordinator, you'll own the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring our people are paid accurately, on time, every time. You'll be the go-to expert for payroll advice, compliance, and continuous improvement, partnering with leaders and key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

• Manage accurate and timely fortnightly and monthly payroll processing.  
• Provide expert advice on payroll legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and employee entitlements.  
• Resolve complex payroll queries and issues with a customer-focused, risk-aware approach.  
• Partner with HR, Finance, and external agencies to ensure compliance and reporting obligations are met.
