African Payroll Controller

A leading Industrial Services company is looking for an African Payroll Controller to join their successful team.

Role Summary:

African Payroll Controller will be responsible for the full payroll function of the Africa Countries (Mauritius, Ghana, Namibia, Zambia, Mozambique, Swaziland, Angola, Botswana, Uganda, Kenya).

Duties & Responsibilities Full payroll function of various African countries payroll. Timely & accurate capturing of payroll input data. Adherence to payroll calendars and deadlines. Liaise with customers and third parties on payroll queries within 48 hours and provide regular feedback to clients. Understanding of payroll calculations and able to do payslip interpretations. Tracking employee absence. Ensure that all controls are in place to process payroll, third-party, and associated payments effectively.
