Duties

Provide telephonic and onsite support to Sage Pastel Payroll clients

Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls accurately and efficiently

Complete EMP501 reconciliations and File submissions

Ensure ongoing compliance with payroll, tax, and legislative requirements

Assist clients with payroll software queries and technical support

Promote payroll software packages, upgrades, consulting services, and related solutions

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Identify and pursue new business opportunities during quieter operational periods
