Job Title: Payroll Compliance Manager Job Summary: The Payroll Compliance Manager will oversee the organization's payroll operations, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. The role involves managing payroll processing, statutory compliance, and audits. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.) - Manage payroll audits and resolve discrepancies - Maintain payroll records and reports - Collaborate with HR and finance teams - Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations - Implement process improvements and best practices Requirements: - 3 years of payroll related Compliance experience - Knowledge of payroll laws and compliance - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
