Job Description
What You'll Do
β’ Support monthly payroll administration and employee data updates in HRIS.
β’ Assist in managing employee benefits administration, including BPJS and insurance enrollment/updates.
β’ Help prepare payroll-related reports, employee data recaps, and supporting documents.
β’ Support PPh 21, BPJS, and other statutory administration processes.
β’ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll and employee data accuracy.
What We're Looking For
β’ Final-year student or fresh graduate from Human Resources, Accounting, Management, Psychology, or related majors.
β’ Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and data.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus).
β’ Strong communication and administrative skills.
β’ Available for a full-time internship for 4 months.
