This is a permanent position based in the UK and in Africa. The role provides expert advice on compensation structures, benefits programmes, payroll and reward strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Payroll Manage the end‑to‑end payroll administration for Group and Corporate staff across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Zambia, expatriate, and from time to time South Africa), ensuring authorized payroll changes are implemented accurately and statutory reporting deadlines are met.
