A well established manufacturing firm based in Westhoughton are looking for an experienced Payroll Co-ordinator to join a team of 2. Your duties will include;

  • Processing pay for circa 350 weekly paid staff who are based across various sites, using a clocking system.

  • Ensuring hours are inputted correctly, checking for missing or incorrect entries

  • Recording holiday, sick pay, maternity/paternity leave

  • Calculating any overtime payments are paid correctly

  • Making amendments to employee details

  • Entering new starters onto the system and ensuring that leavers are sent the correct paperwork

  • Ensuring full compliance with current payroll legislation at all times
