We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll Clerk to join our Payroll team. Supporting a workforce of approximately 1,600 employees, this role serves as the first point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and provides administrative support throughout the payroll process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of payroll experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll-related questions and concerns.
+ Assist employees with accessing and navigating the ADP employee self-service portal.
+ Support the processing of biweekly payroll using ADP.
+ Assist with payroll reporting, auditing, and maintaining payroll records.
+ Train new employees during orientation on the company's timekeeping system (JB Developer) and proper time clock procedures.
