Payroll Specialist - £34000 per annum - 4 days from home - Leatherhead - 6 Month FTC Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our clients community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. Key Responsibilities: Input of data to the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency Assist with daily quality checks and cyclical reporting of salary information, interpreting anomalies and liaising with a variety of internal stakeholders to remediate or highlight issues or where action is required Manage escalated queries from the payroll team inbox, coaching and mentoring front line staff in resolution.
