Job Title: Payroll ClerkJob SummaryProcess bi-weekly payrolls accurately and on time, prepare reports & remittances, respond to employee inquiries, and collaborate with HR department, supervisors & management as required. ResponsibilitiesPreparation and balancing of bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees in accordance with deadlines.Β Process changes in bonus payments (QB/PI). Review quality bonus data for production employees and work with supervisors to correct any discrepancies. Monitor schedules and timesheets and work with supervisors and managers to address missing hours.Β Process employee payroll deductions and reimbursements.Β Preparation of reports and payroll-initiated remittances.Β Assist employees with payroll inquiries, including paystubs and T4s.Β Keep detailed records to support audit requests.Β
