Job Details
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Full-cycle payroll experience required, including:
- Payroll taxes
- Multi-state payroll compliance
- Federal and state regulations
- Experience processing payroll in Canada and/or California is a strong plus
- Experience supporting multi-state payroll environments preferred
- Processes payroll for approximately 500 employees across 24 states and Canada (including California)
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- FPC certification is a plus
Technical Requirements
- Understanding of debits and credits
- Ability to review and adjust payroll-related GL files
- Payroll person will export payroll data from ADP into QuickBooks
- Must be comfortable working with payroll accounting entries and reconciliations
