We’re seeking a Financial Analyst – Payroll & Plant Operations to support payroll administration, financial reporting, operational analysis, and plant controls at our San Jose facility. In this role, you will partner closely with Operations, HR, Production, and Plant Leadership to ensure payroll accuracy, financial integrity, labor visibility, and effective day ‑ to ‑ day operational support. This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance, supporting decision ‑ making, and providing accurate, timely insights that drive plant performance.
This role blends payroll ownership with manufacturing finance responsibilities, including workforce cost analysis, forecasting, month ‑ end close, inventory controls, and operational reporting.
