Payroll and Driver Performance Controller

Full-time Accounting / Finance

Requirements: 35 years experience in Payroll (high volume) and/or Data control / reconciliation Experience in Logistics or transport industry, Km-based driver payroll and Bargaining Council environments Strong skills in Excel and Data analysis Strong understanding of Payroll systems and Compliance processes Responsibilities, but not limited to: Driver Payroll and Earnings Control Process payroll for drivers Apply: Bargaining Council rates Per kilometre incentives Performance-based incentives Ensure: Accurate calculation of all earnings Timely and error-free payroll processing Performance Verification and Control Verify all km-based earnings against: Trip sheets/ Tracking records Delivery records Operational data from Team Leaders Ensure: All criteria for incentives are met Prevent: Overpayment Incorrect claims Leave and Work Cycle Control Enforce and ensure: 5 days off for every 25 days worked All annual leave is taken as required Control and monitor: Leave balances Absenteeism Leave...
