Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Analyst to join their team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their payroll career who is keen to grow within a global shared service environment.

You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for payroll operations across multiple international offices. With strong support and mentorship, you'll learn the full payroll cycle while working alongside experienced professionals and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end payroll processing, partnering outsourced vendor(s) to ensure data accuracy and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, support reconciliations, and help resolve basic discrepancies.
• Learn and apply local labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across different countries.
