Job Description
Ensure that payroll processes are executed correctly and on time, ensuring compliance with Mexican laws, LFT, LISR, LSS, including internal policies and financial and governance controls.
What are we looking for?
1-2 years of experience of Payroll Mexican processes
Experience managing payroll of more than 1,200 Associates
Experience with payroll systems preferably SAP, Workday, Workforce
Technical knowledge

CFDI 4.0
Excel intermedio

What will be your key responsibilities?
Payroll processes
Validate new hire's information at the Payroll system
Process new hires, terminations and salary increases at the Payroll system & IDSE
Process Payroll weekly incidences of Time & Attendance (Absenteeism, inabilities, overtime, bonuses, etc.)
