Payroll & Finance Master Data (FMD) Manager

The Payroll & Finance Master Data (FMD) Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll accounting reconciliation and reporting while maintaining the integrity and governance of finance master data. The role acts as a key coordination point across Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT to resolve issues, ensure compliance with accounting standards and deliver audit‑ready outputs.

Key Accountabilities

• Validate monthly and off-cycle payroll outputs ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely posting.
• Analyze payroll components (salaries, overtime, benefits, deductions) to confirm accuracy and financial impact.
• Prepare and review payroll accounting entries, including accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
• Maintain payroll reconciliations, schedules and audit‑ready documentation.
• Oversee finance master data – cost centres, GL, vendor, bank, employee data creation and governance. <...
