This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy of compensation data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing reliable financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle compensation process, from verifying timecard entries to finalizing direct deposit exports. Oversee compliance reporting, including weekly certified payroll submittals and recurring benefit contributions (401k, HSA, garnishments). Maintain financial accuracy through monthly payroll accruals, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
