Job Description
Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for an immediate temporary opportunity with the potential to become a temporary-to-hire position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Preference will be given to candidates located in Winnipeg; however, the role can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle bi-weekly Canadian payroll for employees across multiple provinces in a high-volume environment for 1500 employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, CRA regulations, employment standards, taxation requirements, and termination processes.
- Process payroll changes including new hires, terminations, rate increases, bonuses, commissions, retroactive pay, and ROEs.
