We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll & Pensions Administrator. This role plays a vital part in ensuring employees and pensioners are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting both payroll and pensions processes and delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service.Key ResponsibilitiesCollate, verify, and maintain employee and pension data across relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and timely payroll processing Process payroll and pensions activities in line with service standards, legislation, and company policies
Handle and resolve payroll and pensions queries from employees, pensioners, and third parties, escalating where appropriate
Administer and monitor payroll and pensions documentation to ensure processes are completed within agreed timelines
