Payroll Administrator

Reference: Pta -VLR-1

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for a company based in the Construction industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • ± 4-5 years payroll administration experience
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Read, Speak and Understand)
  • Friendly and well-mannered with proficient telephone and email etiquette
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel + Word)
  • Attention to detail, deadline driven and cope under pressure
  • Trustworthy, honest, and punctual
  • Buildsmart Payroll experience advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Record keeping of staff loans and leave reconciliations
  • Loading of employee payments on FNB Banking (Staff Loans, Pay and Staff Reimbursements)
  • Full monthly Payroll processing function (Timesheets, Overtime, Salari...
