Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company payroll regulations. The Payroll Administrator will work closely with Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and employees to support payroll-related functions and resolve payroll inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and experience working in a manufacturing environment where managing varying schedules, shift differentials, overtime, and timekeeping systems is common.
