Our client seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator who will also support General Ledger (GL) accounting and Journal Entry (JE) processing. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in payroll operations but also comfortable working within the accounting close process and supporting month-end financial reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while also assisting with reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining integrity across the general ledger.


Payroll Administration

+ Process bi-weekly/weekly payroll accurately and on schedule

+ Maintain employee payroll records, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

+ Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, bonuses, and terminations

+ Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
